We want you to be fully possessed by your new garments, but if they aren't the perfect fit, you can return any unworn items within 28 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition with tags intact to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all gothic hardware and tags are protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Await Your Refund

  Once our coven receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
